Marc Prensky is an internationally acclaimed speaker, writer, consultant, and innovator in the field of education. He is considered one of the world’s leading experts on the connection between learning and technology. Unmatched Experience & Unique Ideas

Marc has been a professional classical musician, performing at Lincoln Center on lute and classical guitar, and he has acted on Broadway in Cyrano, starring Christopher Plummer (at the Palace Theater in 1974).

Marc has also worked on Wall Street, spent six years with the prestigious Boston Consulting Group (as a corporate strategist and product development director), and been CEO of his own company for over a decade. He has designed dozens of educational games, and has worked extensively as an educational consultant.

Marc holds a B.A. from Oberlin College, cum laude, and Master’s degrees in teaching (from Yale Univeristy ), language (from Middlebury College) and business (from The Harvard Business School, with distinction.)

Marc is a native New Yorker. He currently lives in Manhattan with his wife, a Japanese writer, and their son, a thriving third-grader in the New York City public schools.
